Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date of your product. It must be in new condition, in the original container with no signs of wear.

Exchanges:

We will exchange an item, but the shipping expense is the responsibility of the buyer.  The item must be in brand-new condition and the original shipping container. Once the item is received by us and the exchange is confirmed we will invoice you for the additional shipping fee for the new item. 

Returns

We will accept returns only for the purchase price (minus shipping and processing fees). The item must be in new condition and the original container. Please return to the address above. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless TFHC makes a mistake on the order. A refund of the purchase price will be credited back to your original form of payment.

• Sale Items cannot be returned unless they have a defect.
